Production Details The estate parcel covers 18 ares 34 centiares. The grapes were 100% destemmed; cold fermentation lasted 5 days, followed by alcoholic fermentation over 15 days. After maturation in oak barrels, the lots were blended in stainless steel for 5 months before bottling.
