Production Details Biodynamically farmed and not yet certified at the 28 November 2023 tasting. The exact 2022 product page describes an unquantified, vintage-dependent proportion of stems or whole clusters, ageing in stainless steel, and vinification and ageing without added SO2.
Tasting Notes Bill Nanson, tasting with Benoît Moreau on 28 November 2023, described pure dark fresh fruit, a large-scale, juicy and mouth-filling palate, and finely grained tannin. Thatcher’s exact 2022 listing additionally describes silky blue fruit, ample acidity, complexity, a sweet-fruit character and dried-herb notes.
