Tasting Notes Floral and peppery nose; red fruit, citrus and apricot evolving with air toward orange liqueur and cherry cream; intense, lively and fresh, with dark fruit, increasing depth and purity, direct minerality, supple texture and a floral finish.

Production Details Hand harvested and matured for 18–22 months in concrete vats. The producer's 2022 variation adds that extraction was gentle. Recommended serving range is 14–16°C in a large glass.
Tasting Notes Bright red appearance; preserved red fruit and citrus, floral and peppery notes; lively, fresh, fine and sapid, with delicate tannins.
Food Pairing Apéritif; artisan charcuterie; jambon persillé; pâté en croûte; saucisson brioché with Madeira sauce; veal tenderloin; or roast farm poultry with mushrooms.

Production Details Fresh, late ripening followed spring frost and a temperate summer. The producer harvested late but ripe and vinified delicately, producing a fine, concentrated wine expected to age slowly.
Tasting Notes Producer note: resin, citrus and apricot evolving toward orange liqueur and cherry cream; intense, gourmand and racy. Bill Nanson note reproduced by the producer: fresh dark fruit gaining depth with air, direct, finely textured, slightly mineral and fluid, with a floral finish.
