Production Details Aged for 9 months in barrels, comprising 12% new barrels and 88% one-wine-old barrels. Harvest began with Sémillon from Boutoc and Sauvignon Blanc from the Plateau; a second Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc lot was picked on 9 September, followed by the later-ripening parcels on 10 September. The sheet also reports total acidity as 3.8 but supplies neither a unit nor an acid-equivalent basis, so it is retained here rather than as canonical total_acidity_gl.
