Production Details The estate’s Sauvignon Blanc parcels were vinified in around twenty separate batches from just over ten hectares. Dawn picking was used to preserve freshness and acidity; the Virefougasse plots were noted for aromatic intensity and richness.
Tasting Notes Fresh and elegant; floral and citrus bouquet; supple, generous, rounded and smooth palate; fresh, persistent finish with good acidity.
