Production Details The 3.6 ha vineyard was farmed sustainably. Grapes were harvested manually, sorted twice in the vineyard and a third time in the cellar. Vinification used stainless-steel and concrete tanks, with soft maceration and moderate tannin extraction. The wine matured for 15 months in barrels, one-third new oak and two-thirds one-year-old barrels, and was bottled in the second April after harvest.

Production Details The sheet describes a 3 ha sustainably cultivated vineyard. Grapes were harvested by hand, sorted twice in the vineyard and a third time in the cellar. Vinification took place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel and concrete vats, with gentle maceration and measured extraction. Maturation lasted 15 months in oak barrels: one-third new and two-thirds one-wine-old barrels.
