Production Details Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations take place in used 500-litre French-oak barrels. The wine matures for 10 months in the same barrels with bâtonnage and is bottled on a fruit day.
Tasting Notes Pale, bright straw yellow; green apple, pear, citrus, hawthorn, cardamom, herbs and mint; fresh and light with crisp acidity, mineral structure, green-apple and citrus flavours, and a dry, clean finish.
Food Pairing Seafood salad, grilled seafood with lemon, herb-roasted chicken, sautéed asparagus and pasta with cream sauce
