Production Details The Saint-Bris parcel lies at 210–250 m elevation. Grapes were manually destemmed to preserve whole berries, then macerated and fermented in stainless steel. Skin maceration lasted 2–3 weeks. After vertical pressing and blending of the press wines, the wine matured for 12 months in previously used Burgundy pièces. No sulfur was added.
