Region Bourgogne Aligote
Sites Pommard and Comblanchien parcels
Production Details The Pommard component receives skin contact. The Aligoté in the Comblanchien parcel is harvested later, with the interval between pickings determining the first parcel's maceration period. Total élevage is 10 months; otherwise the wine is made in the same manner as the producer's Chardonnay.
Tasting Notes Direct and incisive, with energetic vibration, delicate complexity and an almost floral finish (Bill Nanson; tasted 29 November 2023).
