Production Details Hand-picked fruit comes from a 0.4-hectare Premier Cru parcel planted in 1974 and 1986. The grapes are destemmed and crushed, followed by a 10-day pre-fermentation cold maceration and spontaneous fermentation in stainless-steel tanks. Maturation lasts about 12 months in oak barrels, with no more than 30% new barrels; the wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Tasting Notes Layered, deep and open, showing dark fruit and forest floor; dry and medium-bodied, with plump fruit, dark spice and a long, elegant tannic finish.

Production Details Fruit from a 0.4-hectare Bel Air Premier Cru parcel was carefully sorted and completely destemmed. Natural-yeast fermentation in stainless-steel tanks lasted 7–9 days, with gentle punchdowns and pumpovers. The wine then matured for 12–15 months in lightly toasted oak barrels, 40% new, followed by three months in tank before bottling without fining and with light filtration.
Tasting Notes Dark cherries, freshly picked strawberries, sweet spices, lingonberry, forest floor, clove and black tea; fresh acidity, well-positioned tannins, concentration and a long spicy finish.
