Production Details The importer technical sheet specifies 54 months of maturation: 12 months on whole lees without racking in small oak barrels, then 6 months on fine lees at ground temperature before delayed bottling, followed by 36 months under glass. A current Le Millésime listing instead reports 7 months in oak, 3 months in enamelled steel and at least 3 years on lees, but does not clearly connect this specification to its adjacent 2020-base review; this lower-priority discrepancy remains release-ambiguous. For another identifiable release, Wine Advocate reports a 2019 base with 40% solera wine, bottled in 2020, disgorged in October 2023 and dosed at 5 g/L. Le Millésime's separate 2020-base Vinous note records disgorgement in October 2025. XtraWine recommends serving at 6–8 °C. The dosage and disgorgement observations are retained only as release context and are not generalized as NV-wide facts.
