Vine Trail reports that the 2018 came from 0.6 ha of 50-plus-year-old vines sourced from a local grower, fermented in 350 L barrels, and spent 72 months in bottle before disgorgement.
Tasting Notes Vine Trail describes a large, crisp and tightly coiled palate with precise red fruit, bitters reminiscent of a balanced Negroni, a strong chalk-derived mineral character, and a long, vibrant, salivating finish.
