Production Details The Rare Wine Co. sheet gives producer-level winemaking context: malolactic fermentation may occur or not according to each lot; wines spend one year in barrel, with 16% new barrels entering the rotation annually; reserve wines spend one year in foudre before stainless steel. For the Les Lieux-Dits family it reports 5 years of aging and dosage of 0–4 g/L. Champagne Asia instead reports at least 6 years on lees and dosage of 0–2 g/L depending on tasting, with a recommended serving range of 9–11°C; these differing, non-edition-specific ranges are preserved without normalization. A 2015 Le Rouge & le Blanc tasting records its sampled Les Chantereines release as a 2002–2007 solera dominated by 2007 with approximately 1 g/L dosage. Separately, La Pangée lists a 75 cl bottle at 12% ABV with a 4 April 2014 disgorgement. The latter observations are bottle or sampled-release context and are not generalized to every NVXX release.
