Production Details 100% Chardonnay from Côte des Blancs. 2000 vintage: Until end of June, average temperature was the highest recorded since 1956. July and August were cold and stormy until end of August when fine weather re-established itself. Harvest was consistent, healthy and ripe. Kept on lees and disgorged in January 2016.
