Production Details 100% Chardonnay from three parcels in Avize: La Fosse, Némery, and Champ Caïn (planted 1962-1983). Harvest September 22, 1995. Vinified in oak foudres (40-75 hectoliters). Bottled May 30, 1996 with cork and clamp closure (not crown cap). 14 years aging on lees before disgorgement in June 2010. Zero dosage (Brut Nature). No botrytis. Perfect balance between power and liveliness.
