Production Details Vinified partly in oak foudres (40-75 hectoliters) and partly in stainless steel tanks. Bottled June 2-3, 1997 without prior filtration. Disgorged in regular intervals. The wine magnificently associates the minerality of Avize terroir with the exceptional maturity of 1996 harvest.
