Production Details The domaine owns just under one hectare of Les Arvelets. The 2024 wine used 50% whole clusters and was fermented and aged in barrels for 18 months.

Production Details The 0.96-hectare parcel underwent four days of cold maceration, followed by natural-yeast alcoholic fermentation in concrete. Pumpovers were performed once or twice daily, with pigeage only near the end of fermentation, followed by seven days of post-fermentation maceration. After malolactic fermentation, the wine matured in barrels for 15 months and was bottled without fining or filtration.
