Production Details The producer reports fermentation and élevage in barrel for 1.5 years. Luis Gutiérrez's August 2024 Wine Advocate review adds that maturation was mainly in foudre and 500-liter barrels, followed by a few months in stainless steel; it also reports that the old-vine fruit was reserved for the domaine's flor-aged wines.
Tasting Notes Producer: incisive acidity, salinity, ripe character, acacia flowers, lemon, bitter almond and a salivating finish. Luis Gutiérrez, August 2024: citrus, orange peel, apricot, perfume, fine minerality, an austere profile and an appealing texture.
