Production Details The 2023 cuvée was made only from the surviving old-vine portion of the parcel while younger vines were being replanted. Predominantly destemmed intact fruit underwent a classical two-to-three-week maceration in cement; maturation lasted 18 months in barrels, principally from Cavin with Cadus also used.
Tasting Notes Jasper Morris, tasting November 2024: dark purple; red-to-black fruit; fresh, lifted and concentrated, with a satisfying fruit-acid balance.

Tasting Notes Fresh cherry, blueberry and cassis aromas; voluptuous, generous palate with fine tannins, blood-orange freshness, and a long, expressive finish.
Food Pairing Charcuterie, white meat, game, red meat and cheese; specifically venison with roasted butternut.
