Production Details Certified organic fruit came from parcels planted in 1969, 1966 and 1968. The wine was fermented and aged in 350 L barrels, underwent malolactic fermentation, was tiré liège for its second fermentation, and aged for 48 months on the lees; it was bottled unfined and unfiltered. The importer specification lists 2 g/L dosage, while a Wine Advocate review reproduced on the same page describes its reviewed release as disgorged in December 2025 with 3 g/L dosage. That release/sample-specific discrepancy is retained here rather than promoted to a second vintage-wide dosage or disgorgement claim.

Production Details The Les Aigremonts, La Guillotte and Le Village parcels were planted in 1969, 1966 and 1968 respectively. The wine was aged in barrel, bottled under cork for the prise de mousse, and spent four years on the lees before disgorgement. Reviews reproduced by Skurnik describe 2020 samples disgorged in December 2024, but their sample-specific dosage reports conflict: Vinous states 2 g/L while James Suckling states 3 g/L. Those review observations are therefore not generalized into an additional vintage-wide dosage or disgorgement claim.
