Production Details Total acidity was reported as 3.3 g/L H2SO4, equivalent to 5.1 g/L as tartaric acid. Grapes were harvested by hand into 15 kg buckets and partially destemmed by hand. After 20 days of maceration, the wine matured for 12 months in small, entirely used barriques and was bottled from the lees without fining or filtration.
Tasting Notes February 2011 producer note: bright red and slightly cloudy when shaken, with ripe red fruit aromas, good acidity, noticeable tannins and structure.
