Production Details Vendanges Tardives grapes were left on the vine until dehydration began, concentrating sugars and phenolic compounds. After stainless-steel fermentation without malolactic fermentation, the wine received three months of aging before estate bottling; bottles then remained in the cellar for several years before release.
Tasting Notes Golden yellow; honey, apricot, toast, spices, vanilla, marzipan and butter; strong fruit flavors and excellent grip on the finish.
