Production Details Grapes were hand-picked into small containers and delivered intact to gravity-fed presses without pumping. Following several hours of static settling, the must fermented in temperature-controlled foudres or vats at 18–24°C. The wine was racked once before winter, clarified naturally without artificial cold treatment, lightly filtered before spring bottling, and bottle-aged in the producer's cellars until release.
