Production Details Hand-picked in small tubs in the first days of harvest. The presses were filled by gravity without pumping or other mechanical intervention. After pressing, the must settled for a few hours and fermented in temperature-controlled barrels or vats at 18–24°C. The wine was racked once before natural winter clarification, lightly filtered before bottling the following spring, and matured in bottle in the producer's cellars until release.

Tasting Notes At the Hugel family tasting on February 17, 2021: clear, bright and youthful appearance; subtle, delicate Alsace nose with white flowers and light fermentation notes; broad, promising palate, already pleasant and expected to age well.
