Production Details Hand-harvested in small crates and naturally fermented. The official importer records a 0.25-hectare vineyard and five months of maturation in stainless steel; the specialist sheet adds 24-hour vertical pressing and fine-lees maturation. The producer and importer describe the vines as approximately 40 years old, while the reproduced Vinous 2023 note describes them as over 50 years old; the vine-age conflict remains unresolved. Vinous also describes three harvest passes: ripe fruit, partially botrytised fruit, and fully botrytised fruit.
Certifications Biodyvin; Ecocert
