Production Details Pinot Noir was vinified as blanc de noir. The wine evolved on fine lees in a 750 L TAVA amphora made from clay fired at 1200°C; the producer says continuous convex movement of the lees contributed structure and texture.
Tasting Notes Delicate salmon hue; stone fruit, almond and peach; dry but rich, with mineral and nearly saline freshness; textured, silky and airy.
Food Pairing Pretzel; cooked or firm cheeses; summer salad.
