Production Details The enclosed monopole was worked exclusively by horse and hand and was cultivated organically and biodynamically. For La Cardeuse, the domaine extended élevage with approximately one additional year of bottle maturation before commercialization; this duration is retained as stated and not converted to days.
Tasting Notes Light gold with a green reflection; white blossom, linden, acacia, orchard flowers, smoky stone, Nashi pear, white peach, apricot, white pepper and ginger, with intense stony energy and citrus-peel bitterness; a separate pre-bottling cellar tasting noted faint noble reduction, depth, weight and a limestone-driven finish

Production Details Organic and biodynamic cultivation. The Chardonnay occupies the central part of the walled La Cardeuse monopole; grapes from this parcel had previously entered the family domaine’s Morgeot cuvée, and 2021 was Benoît Moreau’s first separately vinified white La Cardeuse vintage.
