Production Details Alcoholic fermentation lasted 2 weeks at 14–16 °C under controlled temperature. After fermentation, only the alcohol was removed. Available bottle formats are 750 mL and 375 mL, and the recommended serving temperature is 8–10 °C.
Tasting Notes Pale straw yellow; delicate Golden Delicious apple aroma; smooth, flavourful and fresh palate with a quince-preserve nuance.
