Production Details The 0.25-hectare Los Pasitos parcel lies at 410–450 metres and is planted at 6,500 vines per hectare. Ungrafted Baboso Negro is trained as simple cordon Royat on a north–south axis. Alcoholic fermentation used 100% whole bunches in open plastic vats; malolactic fermentation occurred in 500-litre barrels, followed by 11 months in 500-litre oak barrels. The sheet reports total acidity as 6.10 but supplies neither a unit nor an acid-equivalent basis, so it is not treated as canonical total_acidity_gl. Bottled in 75-cl format.

Production Details Wine Advocate specification: single-vineyard fruit from young vines planted at 6,000 vines per hectare on clay-rich soils at 380–440 metres, trained cordon de Royat. Fermentation used 100% whole clusters in open-top plastic bins with indigenous yeasts, followed by 14 days of maceration and 10 months in used 500-litre oak barrels.
