Production Details El Barranco lies at 380–450 metres and is trained in cordón trenzado. The technical block gives vine age as 80–100 years, while the adjoining producer description gives 80–150 years. The 2019 fermented with 50% whole bunches; malolactic fermentation occurred in a 2,500-litre foudre and one 500-litre barrel, followed by 11 months of maturation in foudre and barrel. The stated format is 750 mL. The producer reports total acidity as 5.54 but prints neither its unit nor acid-equivalent basis, so it is not proposed as an unqualified total_acidity_gl value.
