Production Details The 2021 wine came from the Hacienda Las Cañas vineyard, trained in the traditional cordón trenzado system and harvested in early September. Alcoholic fermentation took place in unlined concrete vats with 20% whole clusters; malolactic fermentation occurred in 500-litre barrels. It matured for 11 months in 500-litre oak barrels and was offered in 75-cl bottles. The technical sheet reports total acidity as 5.40 but supplies neither a unit nor an acid-equivalent basis, so it is not proposed as canonical total_acidity_gl. The page contains unresolved vineyard-description discrepancies: its general text gives 340 metres and vines aged 80–180 years, whereas the vintage sheet gives 350–380 metres and 80–200 years.

Production Details The trade-vendor archive describes 2019 as Suertes del Marqués' first vinification from the leased Hacienda Las Cañas parcel, situated at approximately 400 metres. The wine matured for 12 months in large used casks and was bottled without filtration in July 2021, with restrained sulfur use. The approximate elevation and month-based maturation duration are retained as text rather than converted into exact numeric canonical fields.
