Production Details Centenarian piè-franco Listán Negro vines trained in cordón trenzado came from two parcels at 350 m and 600 m. The grapes were foot-trodden and fermented separately by parcel in large concrete vats with some whole clusters, then pressed into 228 L and 600 L old French barrels for malolactic fermentation and 11 months of aging.
