Production Details Fruit came from four centenarian, own-rooted parcels trained in cordón trenzado at 500–850 m. After destemming, pressing and concrete-tank fermentation, the wine was raised for 9 months in neutral Friulian 2,500 L foudres and French 350 L barrels.

Production Details The 2022 fruit came from centenarian, own-rooted vines trained in cordón trenzado at 600 m. Whole clusters were pressed into a large concrete tank and fermented without malolactic conversion; the wine was then raised for 10 months in two Friulian 2,500 L oval foudres.
