Production Details Fruit came from a small, treacherously steep Margalagua parcel at 150–250 m above the Atlantic, planted with ancient, own-rooted vines. Whole clusters were foot-trodden, macerated and fermented in open 1000 L vats for 23 days; the wine was then raised for 9 months in old 228 L barrels.
