Tasting Notes John Gilman, January–February 2016: initially reductive; after decanting, apple, iodine, beeswax, citrus oil, complex salty soil tones, dried flowers and a hint of vanillin oak; deep, full-bodied and crisp, with a vibrant character and a long, pure, electric finish.
