Production Details The vineyards were selected carefully and the wine was made using a gentle, respectful approach intended to preserve Verdejo freshness and aromatic intensity. The 2019 season had little accumulated rainfall through spring; unusually warm nights early in summer reduced production and brought the harvest forward.
