Production Details The 0.8-hectare Xabrega vineyard is over 50 years old and farmed with practicing-organic methods. Grapes were harvested by hand and directly pressed. The Xabrega component fermented with native yeasts in a new oak barrel, while the Albariño component fermented in stainless steel. After malolactic fermentation, the wine matured on its lees for six months in the same vessels and was filtered before bottling.
