Production Details During the producer visit, the 2017 Ribeira Sacra plots—including Penso—were being fermented and aged separately. Envínate reported using stems almost all the time and making the wines naturally, with some sulfur dioxide at bottling as the only addition.
Tasting Notes Powerful, zippy and fresh, with vivid fruit (Jamie Goode; tasted from barrel during a producer visit reported June 2018).
