Production Details Organically farmed, en vaso vines aged 80–120 years at 400–750 meters; 50% of the grapes were destemmed and foot-trodden. After 14 days of skin maceration and wild-yeast fermentation in a new 2,000 L French foudre and old 500 L barrels, the wine matured for 12 months in the same vessels. It was bottled in September 2018 without fining or filtration and with minimal SO2. Production was 218 six-bottle cases.
Tasting Notes Rich and nuanced, with lush texture, racy acidity, orchard fruit, herbs and minerals.

Fermentation used old barrels and wild yeasts, followed by six months in older 225 L barrels. Production was 122 six-bottle cases.
Tasting Notes Nutty, intense and mineral, with almonds, pears, spice, citrus, fine texture and oxidative hints.
