Production Details Approximately one week of alcoholic fermentation at 26–28°C. The wine remained with its fine lees in concrete for one month and then in barrels for three more months; barrel maturation continued in French and American oak until reaching a minimum of 12 months, with 7% in new barrels. Bottle maturation was at least six months under controlled temperature and humidity. Finished-wine residual sugar was below 0.5 g/L. Recommended serving temperature was 14–16°C. The sheet lists 75 cl and 150 cl formats. Recorded 2022 site conditions were 333.8 mm annual rainfall and 13.8°C mean annual temperature.
Tasting Notes Dark cherry with ruby highlights; ripe fruit including black-plum jam and cherries, dates and green pepper; savory, smooth and silky, with delicate, elegant tannins and restrained acidity.
Food Pairing Roast lamb or lamb chops with vegetables; cod with tomatoes, onions and peppers; Iberian cured meats; mature cheeses.

Production Details The selected, bush-trained parcels lie on gentle slopes and small terraces at the foot of the Sierra de Cantabria, mostly in Rioja Alavesa. The wine spent one month with its lees in concrete and three additional months in barrels, then continued in predominantly second-use American and French oak until reaching at least 12 months. Maturation concluded with six months in bottle.

Production Details Hand-harvested fruit came from bush-trained vines approximately 25 years old on gentle slopes and small terraces. Alcoholic fermentation lasted 15 days at 26–28°C.
