Production Details Alcoholic fermentation lasted approximately one week at 26–28°C. The wine matured for nine and a half months in barrels comprising 88.5% French oak, 3% American oak and 8.5% Eastern oak. Serve at 15–16°C; released in 75 cl and 150 cl formats.
Tasting Notes Deep cherry colour; concentrated aromas of cherries and blackberries over peppery, toasted notes; flavourful, vinous and warm, with an easy finish.
Food Pairing Grilled meats, Mediterranean stews, lamb, roasted peppers, aubergine parmigiana, sheep’s-milk cheeses and Iberian charcuterie.

Tasting Notes Deep cherry with ruby highlights; rich, intense black-cherry fruit; warm, energetic and savoury on the palate with fine, pleasant fruit-driven acidity.

Production Details The 2016 was the wine’s second vintage. Its traditional Labastida vines were 25–50 years old and situated at elevations of 440–650 metres. Grapes were harvested by hand; parcels were vinified separately and only the best lots selected.
Tasting Notes Fresh and juicy, with velvety tannins, a complex layered profile and a high-quality finish.
