Production Details The wine comes from 4.5 hectares of practicing-organic vineyards at 563–578 m. Grapes are hand-harvested in small crates, spontaneously fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel, undergo spontaneous malolactic fermentation, and mature for 12 months in oak barrels of assorted provenance, sizes and ages.
