Production Details The wine comes from five plots occupying 1.9 ha in a narrow, high-altitude amphitheater at 637–672 m; vines are 40–60 years old. Grapes were hand-harvested in small crates. The wine matured for 12 months in oak barrels of various provenance, sizes and ages. Farming is described as practicing organic.
