Production Details Bunches were hand-selected daily vine by vine, placed in small boxes, then taken directly to the winery; whole clusters were destemmed and crushed before spontaneous fermentation in old open-top foudres. The wine matured for 30 months in one- to five-year-old French oak barrels of 225, 400 and 500 L and in 1,200–2,000 L foudres. It was bottled without fining or filtration on 17 May 2018 and remained in the Remelluri cellar until August 2024; the source summarizes this as six years of bottle aging. The selected vineyards lie at 680–780 m.
