Production Details Manual harvest with selection in the vineyard and refrigerated-truck transport. Temperature-controlled fermentation used moderate extraction. Tempranillo matured in once-used French-oak barrels and Garnacha in second-use French-oak barrels; barrel maturation lasted 14 months, followed by at least 9 months of bottle refinement.
Tasting Notes Medium-intensity bright cherry red; fresh and strongly expressive red fruit including strawberry, raspberry and cherry; floral notes; subtle spice; light, juicy and very fresh palate with fine tannin, good tension and a lively, balanced, fruit-driven finish.

Production Details Fermented with indigenous yeast, remained on its lees after fermentation until spring, and then aged for 14 months in barrel.
Tasting Notes Medium-low ruby-red colour; red-fruit aromas integrated with toasted barrel notes; fresh despite its ripeness; light and clearly defined palate with silky, fresh and elegant tannin and well-integrated acidity.
