Production Details Estate fruit was selected from the La Plana parcel in the highest part of the 300-hectare Finca Ygay. The clusters were destemmed and gently crushed. The wine matured for 29 months in 225 L American-oak barrels and then for 36 months in bottle. The producer recommends brief oxygenation before consumption and service at 18–19°C.
