Production Details Fruit came from the 105-hectare Finca San Martin vineyard at approximately 600 metres elevation and was harvested by hand. Fermentation and skin maceration took place in steel tanks. Residual sugar was below 3 g/L, and the recommended serving range was 16–18 °C.
