Grapes were harvested manually into 20 kg boxes and optically selected. After alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation took place in French- and American-oak barrels with weekly bâtonnage. Beginning in March 2021, the wine matured for 24 months in 40% French-oak barrels previously used for two wines and 60% new American-oak barrels, with four manual rackings. Bottle maturation began in April 2023.
