Production Details Grapes were hand harvested into 20 kg boxes, selected first in the vineyard and transported refrigerated. Alcoholic fermentation lasted 16 days below 26°C; field-blended Tempranillo and Mazuelo fermented together, while Graciano was vinified separately. After winter stabilization, selected wines remained in barrels for 6 years with 10 traditional rackings. Recommended serving temperature is 16–18°C.
Tasting Notes Intense garnet with emerging brick rim; raisins, candied black plums, cedar, tea leaf, cinnamon, dark chocolate, vanilla, pepper and nutmeg; powerful yet elegant tannins, balanced freshness and a long balsamic, sweet-spice finish.
Food Pairing Delicate main courses without strong sauces, meat stews with aromatic herbs, chocolate desserts, or as an after-dinner glass.

Production Details Grapes were hand harvested into 20 kg boxes and transported refrigerated. After gentle destemming and crushing, alcoholic fermentation lasted 18 days; Tempranillo and Mazuelo fermented together and Graciano separately. Natural malolactic fermentation lasted four months.

Selected wines matured for 6 years in American-oak barrels, made from US wood seasoned for three years at the winery, with 10 rackings. The release comprised 38,000 numbered bottles.
