Production Details Vendor description: hand-harvested whole clusters were foot-trodden and basket-pressed, then the juice fermented spontaneously in a new 228 L Burgundy barrique and matured for 16 months on fine lees without bâtonnage.
Tasting Notes Heiner Lobenberg: yellow fruit, mango, orange zest, quince, greengage, almonds, stone, green wood, salt, nuts, flint, apricot kernel and a creamy saline finish. Parker/Wine Advocate: pale, flinty, nuanced and subtle, with a vibrant, fresh palate, tension and a salty finish.
